Michelle is Deputy Chief Operating Officer. She takes the lead on faculty operations for the ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓý and works with all five faculties to implement the ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓý Vision at the faculty and department level.
Michelle joined the ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓý in 2018 as Director of Operations for the Faculty of Health. Her move into higher education followed a career supporting change and transformation initiatives in the public sector. This included work across a range of local authorities in the UK, and with Ernst and Young New Zealand, delivering major change projects with central government departments.
